1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Mekanic's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
The Mekanic provides automotive repair and maintenance services. All services are subject to technician availability and our standard operational policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Payments & Estimates
Estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change upon detailed inspection of the vehicle. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be provided on your invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes normal wear and tear or misuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Mekanic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
